If you are experiencing technical issue with the website, please make contact with us.

Please be sure to tell us your Membership Number and Organisation name and be as detailed as possible in your description of the issue.

Some tips to help are:

  • Are you using the latest Internet Browser? We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox.
  • Do you have the correct login and user name for your organisation. You can get a new password at any time from your sign in screen.
  • Is the site loading slowly for you? A speed test is often useful to determine if it’s your internet connection or the website. FREE speed tests are available here: http://www.speedtest.net/
  • Is the site giving you an error message? Be sure to take note of it and tell us.
  • It’s helpful to  provide a link to the page your are experiencing difficulties with or take a screenshot
  • Please be as specific as possible in describing the issue or error you are experiencing.
