
QUALITY RATINGS INITIATIVE
CCSA is developing a series of resources to build knowledge and confidence across the sector to take advantage of the redesigned quality ratings certificate when engaging with stakeholders to raise awareness of the National Quality Framework and rating system.
Resources will include
- animated video series
- a targeted series of story sharing workshops where a network of champions will facilitate discussions and share ideas
- follow-up phone support and mentoring.
Meet our Ratings Champions!
CCSA has selected these sector champions to share their stories of using the redesigned quality ratings certificate.
They are successfully using the new quality ratings graphic to spark discussion of the practices that make their service unique.
Our champions will be facilitating our Story Sharing Workshops where you will have the opportunity to share ideas, gain tips and ask questions.

Join a Story Sharing Workshop
This story sharing workshop series will be facilitated by sector champions who are already successfully using the redesigned quality ratings certificate.
Specifically targeted to three specific groups;
- Directors, Managers and Management Committee Representatives
- Educators
- Approved Providers
these workshops will share ideas on how you can use the Quality Rating certificate to spark discussion of the practices that make your service unique.
We will look at practical tips on how you can use the graphic to guide your conversations with families about your service’s quality improvement journey, and contribute to awareness of the importance and value of quality early childhood education and care. There will be the opportunity to ask questions before the event.

Meet the Team

Gloria Lindsay
Sector Support Funded Programs Coordinator
Gloria has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, Diploma of Children’s Services, and Diploma in Management. Gloria joined CCSA in 2015 with 20 years’ experience in the early childhood education and care sector, including long day care, facilitating playgroups and most recently as a Director of a community preschool. Gloria’s work with CCSA includes supporting early childhood education services with business and financial planning, policy review and mentoring Directors.

Blake Stewart
Member Services Engagement Officer
Blake joined CCSA in March 2021. Blake holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (Birth – 5 years) and a Dual Diploma in Leadership and Management. Over the past 8 years, Blake has gained extensive experience across various roles including an Early Childhood Teacher, Educational Leader, Preschool Director and mentoring other Preschools. Blake’s role at CCSA will include developing new member business opportunities, leading campaigns, assist in resource development, consultancy and training and funded projects.
