Our team of talented Officers are sector experts experienced in managing and operating all service types.

Lorraine Corrigan-Tasker

Lorraine worked for CCSA in 2015 and re-joined in 2016. Lorraine holds a BA (Leisure Studies), Diploma of Community Services (Children’s Services) and Cert IV TAE. Lorraine has worked in the Early Education field for over 25 years in a range of capacities from direct service provision to management and training roles. Lorraine manages CCSA’s Sector Support Team and also directly works with a range of Early Childhood service types, promoting sustainability and quality.

Robyn Bloomfield

Robyn’s qualifications include Advanced Certificate in HR Management, Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, post graduate qualifications in inclusion support, Graduate Diploma in Management and she is currently completing her Cert IV Training and Assessment. Robyn joined CCSA in 2018 with more than 20 years’ experience in the early childhood education and care sector, as a teacher, Director, TAFE Teacher and area manager. Robyn has also worked within the disability sector as a program and business manager supporting families with a child with autism. In her role as Project Officer, Robyn supports early childhood education services with business and financial planning.

Gloria Lindsay

Gloria has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, Diploma of Children’s Services, and Diploma in Management. Gloria joined CCSA in 2015 with 20 years’ experience in the early childhood education and care sector, including long day care, facilitating playgroups and most recently as a Director of a community preschool. Gloria’s work with CCSA includes supporting early childhood education services with business and financial planning, policy review and mentoring Directors.

Tim Keegan

Tim joined CCSA in early 2015 and provides business planning support to Early Childhood Services, with a focus on demographic analysis. Tim has more than thirty years of experience in managing and supporting not for profit services, including twenty years in the early childhood sector with a focus on regional, rural and remote communities. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Management (Community Management).

Rod Leane

Rod first joined CCSA in 2015, and rejoined in 2019. Rod has a Master of Business Administration and Cert 4 Training and Assessment. Rod has held many business sector  roles for over 25 years, including a range of management committee positions  in the early childhood and care sector. Rod works directly with preschools under the Start Strong Sector Support Project, assisting organisation’s to sustain and grow, and achieve positive outcomes for communities.
