CCSA has been contracted by the Department of Education to develop and deliver these programs to support the development of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector in NSW.
OPEN TO ALL EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES
This program provides leadership development training to managers and Directors, including team building and strategies and techniques for improving communication and reducing conflict within teams. Includes the NESA endorsed “Communications and Effective Teams” module.
The program consists of face-to-face tutorials and workshops, and web conferences. Participants will be provided with a range of printed and online resources including checklists, templates and other tools.

Financial Systems & Processes
OPEN TO COMMUNITY & MOBILE PRESCHOOLS ONLY
This program delivers support and resources to community preschools in financial systems and processes including bookkeeping, budgeting, accounts and payroll. The training is suitable for Management Committees, Directors, and administration staff.
The program consists of face-to-face presentations and workshops, and webinars. Participants will be provided with a range on printed and online resources including checklists, calculators, recorded webinars, templates and other tools.
